Super Sailor Moon makes a wish that Luna can become human for just one night. In another part of Tokyo, Luna looks up at the sky as a bright light shines down on her. Energy sparkles around her and she rises into the air. Shafts of light extend from her body as she transforms into a beautiful human woman. The skin tones of her face was actually a special fx added later to make it look like her whole body is glowing with light.
