Chibi Usa is sent back to the past to learn how to make friends. She is walking through a park when she sees a Crayon Shin-chan doll on the ground. Thinking it's a chance to meet a new friend, she asks a cute boy if it is his. Chibi Usa falls to the ground disgusted when the little boy starts imitating Crayon Shin.
