The night sky starts glowing with a kaleidoscope of colors and stars that wash over Chibi Usa as she starts walking towards Pegasus. Horribly mismatched background that makes it look like Chibi Usa is indoors. I will probably eventually replace the background, but strangely it does complement the cel.
