The Sailor Senshi are running up the stairs in the Starlight Tower to get to Usagi and Mamoru, who are trapped inside. Suddenly, things get psychedelic. Well, that's what the backgrounds look like anyway. :P I believe, as Ami explains later, things go wacky because Zoisite disconnected their reality from one of the 3 dimensions. Eh?
