Twin Witches, Ptilol and Cyprine

The Sailor Senshi are battling Cyprine and Sailor Venus is successful in capturing Cyprine with her Venus Love Me Chain. Cyprine laughs at her and a red energy ball comes out of nowhere and knocks Venus to the ground. The other Senshi are shocked to see they are actually fighting twins, red witch Ptilol and blue witch Cyprine, when they appear standing side-by-side.
