Nehelenia Tortures Super Sailor Chibi Moon

Super Sailor Chibi Moon has been kidnapped by Nehelenia and tied up with thick strands of spider webs. Chibi Moon insists that Helios has done nothing wrong and he should be let go. Nehelenia agrees and says it's the people of the White Moon that need to be hated. Nehelenia then says, "Now is the time for revenge . . ." and sends electricity through the spider webs to torture Chibi Moon.
