Tuxedo Mask Gives a Speech

When Sailor Moon, Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune are threatened by the monster-of-the-day Owasooji, Tuxedo Mask appears sitting on top of a huge pile of trash (they are all in a garbage dump). He throws his rose to distract the MOTD and then gives one of his infamous speeches.
