Sailor Venus Begins Her Chain Attack

Each of the Sailor Senshi appear and perform a unique attack as Sailor Moon twirls around the screen. Sailor Venus spins around to reveal her starting to attack using her customary heart-linked chain. Bank cel from the S series opening animation. The outlines on Venus's hair are done in orange rather than the normal black. I found out later that a cel of Sailor Moon twirling from the OP that I bought several years earlier is the C-layer that matches this cel.
