Usagi is very disappointed in the small amount of food served at a monastery where Makoto has gone to train. Everyone falls over in disbelief when she suggests they go to a nearby hotel for breakfast and Rei yells at her, "Don't you think about anything other than food?!" I love goofy cels with super-deformed characters like this one.
