Luna Kindly Gives Her Permission

Usagi is very upset when the Outer Senshi forbid her to see Seiya since he is an "intruder" from outside their solar system. She receives a call from Seiya asking her to attend their next live concert. Luna sees that Usagi is sad because of what the Outers said to her. She thinks a bit and then tells Usagi to "Take care!", giving her permission for Usagi to go to the concert.
