Hotaru Remembers Her Father

Sailor Saturn appears in young Hotaru's bedroom in the middle of the night. She tells Hotaru that the time has come for her to awaken and she makes Hotaru remember events of the past. One of the memories is of her father, Professor Tomoe, smiling down at her after he gets injured from protecting Hotaru from a blast.
