Ami meets a little girl named Misa that is staying at the hospital where Ami's mother works. Misa is sick with a serious illness and is scheduled for surgery later that week. She is also a big Three Lights fan so Usagi gets an idea to cheer her up by having Taiki visit her in the hospital. The cute pink ribbon around Taiki's head was a big reason for getting this cel, lol.
