Princess Kakyuu tells the story of the Sailor Wars to the Sailor Senshi and warns that the original Chaos has appeared again in the galaxy. *sigh* My favorite cel. It has so many qualities I look for in a cel . . . Princess Kakyuu (such a beautifully designed character) . . . pan cel . . . and especially the emotion of the cel.
