Moon Sparkling Sensation!

Sailor Moon performs her Moon Sparkling Sensation attack. From what limited research I have been able to make, I believe this cel was made for the Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon Arcade Game. I bought this cel along with 4 other similar cels many, many years ago. I wasn't able to identify where they were used until a kind soul (Eternal Sailor Mumble/Sm74763 - thank you so much!) pointed me to a YouTube video featuring this cel. This side-scrolling/fighter type arcade game was originally released in Japan by Banpresto in 1995. It was later released in Europe, but it was never brought over to the US. I have read that Naoko Takeuchi actually supervised the making of this game.
