Sailor Mercury Attacks

Sailor Mercury turns on her visor and says a few words to her enemies (in Japanese) before attacking them. I am pretty sure this cel comes from a side-scrolling/fighter arcade game called Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon. It was released in Japan in 1995 by Banpresto and then later re-released in Europe. From the footage I was able to see on YouTube, I can not tell if this attack has an official name - she just smiles as she dons her visor, says a few words that I can't understand since it is completely in Japanese and then launches an attack in sprite form.
