Sailor Mercury performs her Crash Launcher attack as she is battling youma. I am pretty sure this cel comes from a side-scrolling/fighter arcade game called Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon. It was released in Japan in 1995 by Banpresto and then later re-released in Europe.
