The youma starts attacking Sailor Moon and she doesn't know what to do so she starts crying very loudly. Enter Tuxedo Mask with one of his infamous speeches: "Nothing will be solved if you just cry, Sailor Moon". She precedes to anyway and it incapacitates the youma temporarily. A very funny scene. ^_^
